Project Description: I've created a sales booklet that will be presented to the employees as a guide to how to deal with a client or a market owner. It consists of steps of how to be prepared to do so. It also includes, types of clients and how to deal with them. Finally, it includes some tables of the prices that the company are selling; for example, Detol, Harpic and Vanish. They are all detergents.
